well, i've been through an entire term's worth of school, and I have to say that term 3 has so concluded ever so quickly. finally, after 1 1/2 years of IB madness, my IAs have all been banished away to the 4 corners of the world, and all that is left now is but non-stop mugging for prelims and final exams. though, i find it quite ironical that 2 posts ago i was making my resolve for my mid-year exams and here i am, a week from my prelims. well, the good news is that i did quite well for my mid-years, really beyond my expectations for most of my subjects, so got to thank God for that. see, trusting and relying in God works, recommend Him to all my friends and readers alike :) i shall again hope to keep the same resolve even though this exam will definitely be tougher than usual in preparation for the final biggie, for i know whom i have believed..
and of course, not forgetting all the wonderful memories accumulated over the past 2 months of my absence from blogosphere:
Youth SM 09
Family Day 09
UYO Award's Day
Sen Kee's + Ben's Farewell

'09 Cohort Photo

6.8 Class BBQ
Kaister + KJ + Kev's Bday
(as usual, all photos are up at picasa, or fb if you havent already known!)
sometimes, i feel really fortunate to have been blessed with so many wonderful friends and brothers and sisters and having all these good times spent with them. indeed, all i can do is reiterate this verse (which has been converted into a song/canon) that has been ringing in my head ever since pr chin came upon it in last sat morning's sermon:
Behold what manner of love the Father has given unto us,
Behold what manner of love the Father has given unto us;
That we should be called the sons of God,
That we should be called the sons of God!
and evangelistic week is coming! this is the part where i extend my invitation to non-christians and non-TJCians (that i know off) to come down to my church for a few nights of service in mid-September to listen and appreciate this amazing grace and priviledge of getting to know who Jesus really is. yes, it may be during the exam period, but hey it will surely be a good few hours spent to keep your mind off all that exam pressure. stay tuned for more details or email/msn me if you cant wait! lol.
Till then,
"Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."
(yep, we are already at da book of Joshua already!!)
